摘要
目的:研究一种新型钛合金在模拟口腔环境中的表面粗糙度改变,为口腔内存在钛合金种植体或戴用钛合金义齿的患者给予临床指导。方法:将制备好的钛合金试件随机分为8组。每组试件于处理前,以及处理后1个月、2个月时分别测量表面粗糙度,应用SPSS统计软件分析所得结果。结果:刷洗组试件相对不刷洗组试件表面粗糙度增大,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);使用含氟牙膏组的粗糙度增大值略大于不含氟牙膏组,但两组粗糙度的增大值无统计学意义(P>0.05);通过对pH值和氟离子浓度两个因素的交互效应的统计学分析,提示两因素之间存在交互作用(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:钛合金试件的腐蚀程度主要与实验周期、是否刷洗,以及氟离子浓度和pH值的交互作用有关。
Objective The Study on variation of the surface roughness of a new type of titanium alloy in simulated oral environment surface,and given clinical guidance for patients who have received titanium implant therapy or wear denture. Methods Titanium chips are prepared and divided into eight groups randomly.Surface roughness of each specimen were examined before the treatment,on the 30th day and on the 60th day after the treatment. Results The surface roughness of the brushing group was more evident than that of the non-brushing group (P〈0.01).The surface roughness of Fluoride-containing toothpaste group was more than that of non-fluoride-containing toothpaste group,but there was no statistical significance (P〉0.05).PH had a significant interactive effect with fluoride ionic concentration (P〈 0.05). Conclusion pH,fluoride ionic concentration,tooth brushing and experimental session all have an effect on the degree of corrosion.
