微型种植体支抗治疗成人骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者的研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:比较微型种植体治疗成人骨性上颌前突时作为强支抗发生的牙颌变化。方法:微型种植体支抗组25例,收集患者治疗前后的头颅侧位定位片,通过X线头影测量比较治疗前后的上下颌骨及上下颌牙齿的各角度、线距的变化。结果:上颌磨牙前移0.84mm,前牙后移7.68mm,上下颌前牙轴倾度均减小10°,获得较好的矫治效果。结论:微型种植体作为支抗能有效控制前后牙的移动,明显改善面型。 Objective To compare the dental- effects in treating adult II malocclusion with micro-implant. Methods Compare the lines and angles of cephelometric X-ray in 25 paients before and after treatment to observe the dento- maxillal changes. Results The upper molars" mesial movement (0.84mm) and the upper incisors" retraction (7.68mm) were observed, the upper and lower insisors" relationship were improved significantly. Conclusion Micro-implants may be used as strong anchorage which can control the movementof the upper incisors and molars and improved patients" profiles greatly.
