QUICK自锁矫治器减数治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的临床研究

摘要 目的:评级Quick自锁矫治器减数治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错的临床疗效,并探讨其作用机制和使用方法。方法:临床选择14~20岁安氏Ⅱ类1分类错患者15例,应用Quick自锁矫治器进行双颌减数治疗,并对治疗前后X线头影测量值的变化进行分析。结果:治疗后患者上前牙的突度明显减少,上下唇突点距审美平面的垂直距离分别减少2.1mm和2.7mm,前牙覆、覆盖达到正常。结论:应用Quick自锁矫治器减数治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错可以取得令人满意的临床效果。 Objective To evaluate the effects of the Quick Self-ligating Appliance applied in Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion with bimaxilliary extraction treatment and discuss the mechanism and application. Methods 15 cases aged 14-20 years old with Angle class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were chosen and treated with Quick Self-ligating Appliance.Cephalometric analysis was performed before and after the treatment. Results After treatment the protrusion of maxillary anterior teeth decreased significantly.The vertical distance between the conflict points of upper and lower lips and aesthetic plane decreased 2.1 and 2.7 millimeter respectively.Class I canine and molar relationships with proper overjet was achieved. Conclusion The Quick Self- ligating Appliance is effective for Angle class II division 1 malocclusion with bimaxilliary extraction treatment.
