影响大学新生口腔卫生疾病状况的危险因素分析

The risk factors for impacting the oral health disease in college freshmen

目的:探讨影响大学新生口腔卫生疾病状况的危险因素,从而建立预防与干预体系。方法:选择西安地区大学新生2 500例,进行现场口腔牙齿卫生检查与进行保健知识和行为习惯调查。结果:在2 500例受检者中,检出口腔牙齿疾病者1200例,发病率为48.0%,同时男生发病率(38.5%)低于女生(58.3%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:西安地区大学新生的口腔牙齿患病率高于全国平均水平,需要根据危险因素加强口腔健康教育,提高口腔牙齿卫生自我保健意识。

Objective To discuss the risk factors for impacting the oral health disease in college freshmen in order to establish a prevention and intervention system. Methods Selected 2 500 college freshmen,used on-site oral and dental health checks and health knowledge and behavior survey. Results 1 200 were detected the oral and dental diseases that the incidence rate was 48.0 percent, while the men incidence （38.5%） than women （58.3%） （P〈0.05）. Women., often eat snacks, bedtime eating,regular oral examination students＂ oral health disease were the main risk factors （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of oral teeth disease of the freshmen is higher than the national average, we need accord to the risk factors to strengthen the oral health education to improve oral and dental hygiene self-care awareness.
