极小胚胎样干细胞修复心肌的研究进展
摘要
美国路易斯维尔大学Kucia等于2006年首次从小鼠骨髓中分离出一种稀少(占骨髓单个核细胞0.01%)的非造血于细胞,表型为Sca-1’lin—CD45-,表达原始多能干细胞(pluripotentstemceils,PSC)标志.
