摘要 目的探讨应用带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损的方法和临床疗效。方法对6例患者根据创面情况行清创术,伤口换药,待创面肉芽组织生长、无明显渗出时行带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复。患足缺损面积4.0 cm×4.0 cm~5.0 cm×15.0 cm,皮瓣设计面积为5.0 cm×5.0 cm~6.0 cm×16.0cm。结果 6例均获随访,时间4~11个月。皮瓣均成活,质地、外形良好;患者行走正常。结论带腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部皮肤软组织缺损效果良好。 Objective To investigate the treatment methods and clinical effect of orthopaedic application of sural neurovaseular flaps for soft-tissue defects in foot. Methods The sural neurovascular flaps for reconstructing the injured feet were used in 6 cases after the injuried tissue was debrided and tissue granulation. The injured feet defect areas ranged from 4.0 cm ×4. 0 cm to 5.0 cm × 15.0 cm. The designed sural neurovascular flaps ranged from 5.0 cm ×5. 0 cm to 6.0 cm × 16. 0 cm. Results All of the 6 cases were followed up for 4 - 11 mouths postoperatively, and all of them were successful at primary repair, with a good contour, texture and elasticity. The patients recovered well and could walk normally. Conclusions Sural neurovascular flap is an effective method to reconstruct soft-tissue defects in foot.
