辅助后内侧小切口阻挡钢板治疗Schantzker Ⅴ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折

Posteriomedial incision and resist steel plate for treatment of Schantzker Ⅴ,Ⅵ fractures of tibial plateau

目的探讨辅助后内侧小切口阻挡钢板治疗SchantzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折的手术技巧及疗效。方法对26例SchantzkerⅤ、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折均采用辅助后内侧小切口阻挡钢板配合外侧插入式支撑钢板内固定。观察术后骨折愈合、膝关节功能恢复程度及术后并发症,分析手术效果。结果 26例均获得随访,时间6～24个月。骨折临床愈合时间为12～18周。膝关节功能参考HSS评分标准:优18例,良8例。结论辅助后内侧小切口阻挡钢板治疗SchantzkerV、Ⅵ型胫骨平台骨折可以恢复平台高度,减少软组织损伤安全、有效,是一种理想的治疗方法。

Objective To discuss the surgical skills and effect of posteriomedial incision and resist steel plate for the treatment of SehantzkerV, VI fractures of tibial plateau. Methods Twenty-six eases were treated by this method. Fracture healing, recovery of knee function and postoperative complications were recorded. Results A total of 26 patients were followed up postoperatively at 6 to 24 months, and the clinical healing time of fractures was 12 to 18 weeks. The knee joint function after operations was rated based on HSS evaluation standard from American Knee surgery society as excellent in 18 eases and good in 8 cases. Conclusions Posteriomedial incision and resist steel plate for the treatment of Schantzker V, gI fractures of tibial platea is a safe and effective way to treat complex fractures of the tibial plateau. This methods is an effective way of treating high-energy tibial plateau fractures ,which can recovery the height of tibial plateau and reduce injury of soft tissue.
