摘要
目的观察可植入式后房型人工晶状体(PC-PRL)植入治疗高度近视眼的临床疗效。方法 2011年1月至12月对16例(30只眼)高度近视患者植入PC-PRL,观察其术后裸眼视力、眼压、前房深度及PC-PRL的拱高等指标。结果术后裸眼视力(UCVA)较术前明显改善,最佳矫正视力(BCVA)均达到或优于术前BCVA,矫正效果确切,有统计学意义;术后平均眼压(14.04±2.48)mm Hg与术前平均眼压(14.74±2.78)mm Hg差异无统计学意义;术后前房深度(2.56±0.21)mm与术前前房深度(3.13±0.22)mm差异有统计学意义;术后PC-PRL的平均拱高稳定(0.37±0.07)mm,未见人工晶状体与自身晶状体贴近或晶状体位置明显改变。结论 PC-PRL植入术治疗高度近视的临床疗效确切,稳定性安全性良好,但是远期疗效有待进一步观察。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the PC-PRL(Implantable chamber IOL.Phakic refractive lens) implantation for the treatment of high myopia.Method 16 cases(30 eyes) with high myopia in department of ophthalmology of First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University between of January-December of 2011 were implanted with PC-PRL.Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth and high of the arch index of the PC-PRL were observed.Results Postoperative uncorrected visual acuity(UCVA) was significantly improved compared with preoperative ones;Best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was better than preoperative BCVA,and the exact nature of the corrective effect is statistically significant;The mean postoperative IOP was 14.04±2.48 mm Hg,which was not statistically significant from the preoperative of IOP of 14.74 ±2.78 mm Hg;The difference of the postoperative anterior chamber depth of 2.56±0.21 mm compared with the preoperative anterior chamber depth: 3.13±0.22 mm was statistically significant;High stability of the PC-PRL average arch was 0.37±0.07 mm,and there was no significant change in the intraocular lens and the crystal close to or crystal position.Conclusion PC-PRL implantation surgery is an effective and safe procedure for the treatment of high myopia,but the long-term effect needs to be further observed.
