0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液在改善近视患者屈光手术后夜间视觉质量的研究

Effect of brimonidine tartrate 0.2% on night-vision quality after refractive surgery

目的探讨0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液对近视患者屈光手术后夜间视觉质量的影响。方法 2010年12月到2011年6月在我院接受屈光手术的近视患者31例(62只眼)。通过问卷调查应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液前及应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液1个月后的夜间视觉质量的变化。应用波前像差仪观察屈光手术后1个月时,充分暗适应后、应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液前的患者瞳孔直径及高阶像,并测定同一患者在应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液30 min后的瞳孔直径及高阶像。结果在应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定1个月后,所有患者主觉夜间视觉质量都有不同程度的提高。应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液之前,瞳孔的平均直径为(7.50±1.09)mm,高阶像差值为(53.65±20.92)%;应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定30 min后瞳孔的直径为(6.85±1.02)mm,高阶像差值为(46.62±17.57)%。在应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定后30 min后,所有的患者瞳孔直径及高阶像差都有很明显的变化,差异具有显著性。结论屈光手术后应用0.2%酒石酸溴莫尼定滴眼液可以缩小瞳孔,降低高阶像差,改善夜间视觉质量。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution 0.2% in patients about night-vision quality after laser refractive surgery.Methods 31 patients（62 eyes） who accepted refractive surgery in our hospital from December 2010 to June 2011 were reviewed.A quality-of-vision questionnaire was given at the enrollment in the study and repeated 1 month after treatment.WaveScan Wavefront was applied to determine pupil diameter and higher order aberration one month after refractive surgery.Testing was performed before brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution 0.2% administered to whom had already fully dark adaptation.Measurements were repeated 30 minutes after the use of brimonidine tartrate 0.2% solution.Results Patients received a questionnaire at enrollment and at the 1-month follow-up to assess visual improvement.The mean pupil diameter before administration of brimonidine tartrate ophthalmics o.2% was（7.50±1.09）mm and the mean higher order aberration was（53.65±20.92）%.Pupil diameter 30 minutes after instillation had decreased to（6.85±1.02）mm and higher order aberration had decreased to（46.62±17.5）.30 minutes after using brimonidine tartrate 0.2% solution,patients had significant change in Pupil diameter and higher order aberration.Conclusion Brimonidine tartrate ophthalmic solution 0.2% can narrow pupil,reduce higher order aberration and improve night-vision quality.
