戊二醛交联胶原溶液的相关物化性质 被引量:2

摘要 用不同浓度的戊二醛对胶原溶液进行交联改性。通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法测定胶原溶液及戊二醛改性溶液的分子质量分布状况,发现改性溶液的分子质量分布随戊二醛浓度的增加发生显著变化。原子力显微镜结果显示,经交联后胶原纤维变粗、纤维间距增大。红外光谱分析结果表明,戊二醛的加入对胶原分子间氢键有一定的削弱作用。 Collagen was modified with glutaraldehyde under different concentrations. The molecular weight distribution of mod-ified coUagen samples was greatly changed which was detected by sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS - PAGE). The results of atomic force microscope (AFM) show that the diameters of modified collagen fibers become thicker and the intervals of fibers are increased. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR) suggests that the ability to form hydrogen bonds between adjacent collagen molecules is inhibited.
