牙龈收缩线的实验研究

The study of a new gingival retraction cord

目的 旨在研制一种有效的牙龈收缩线 ,探索其浸泡液 (即牙龈收缩剂 )的最佳配方。方法 选用杂种成年狗 4只 ,不分雌雄 ,从中选用牙龈组织健康的牙 5 6颗作为实验对象。通过使用牙龈收缩线进行牙龈收缩处理、经肉眼观察、测量读数显微镜的测量 ,对配方的筛选、定量研究进行探索。结果 牙龈收缩剂的最佳配方为 :0 1%盐酸羟间唑啉 ,2 6 %Al2 (SO4 ) 3,8%AlCl3,14%Alum。结论 本实验配方具有良好的牙龈收缩效果 ,牙龈退缩量大 ,龈组织恢复快 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To search for an effective dispensation for gingival retraction.Methods The experiments were conducted with the use of healthy gingival pockets from 4 adult dogs with no preference given to sex. Based on the retracting gingival tissue with gingival retraction cord and observation on the tissue recovery condition as well as the microscopic measurements,the components of the dispensation,the corresponding percentage for each component have been studied. Results The best dispensation contains 0.1% oxymetazoline,26%Al 2(SO 4) 3,8%AlCl 3,and 14%Alum.Conclusion The dispensation of this study had good gingival retraction effect. The suitable amount of gingival retraction and quick rehabilitation of gingival tissue of the retraction cord suggested its potential use in the future.
