摘要 目的 探讨不同给予方法评价生物材料致急性全身毒性作用的实验研究。方法 选用小白鼠作为实验动物 ,聚 DL 乳酸可吸收高分子材料为实验材料 ,经制备不同剂量的材料浸提液和采用进入动物体内的三种不同方法 :尾静脉注射 ,腹腔注射和经口灌胃 ,观察动物的急性全身毒性反应。结果 三种给予方法均显示 2倍浓度组动物在灌注 2 4h后出现体重减轻 ,经口灌胃组在以后的 48和 72h后持续体重下降 ,标准浓度组的三种给予方法之间统计学上无显著性差异。结论 随着材料浸提浓度的增加 ,动物体重会出现短暂的减轻。经口灌胃途径比静脉和腹腔注射途径对动物的影响更大 。 s Objective To investigate on effects of different administration way on acute systemic toxicity.Methods The mouse was selected as a test animal, poly DL lactic acid as a test material. The animal reaction of acute systemic toxicity were observed after injection of different extract contentration by three kinds of administration ways, intravenous route, abdominal route and oral route.Results In the group of 2×extract, all the animal weight of three kinds of administration way were declined at 24h after administration. The reaction was remained in oral route at 48h and 72h later. In the group of standard extract, there were almost no statistical significant among three different administration way.Conclusions The decrease of animal weight appeared as the coucentration of extract increased. The route by can oral produced more effects on the animal weight than those by intravenous and abdominon.
