宫颈癌根治性手术经腹腔镜与经腹两种途径对比分析 被引量：4

A Comparison between Laparoscopic and Abdominal Radical Hysterectomies for Cervical Cancer

摘要 [目的]探讨经腹腔镜与经腹两种途径实施广泛性子宫切除盆腔淋巴结清扫术的安全性与有效性。[方法]对比分析83例经腹腔镜广泛性子宫切除盆腔淋巴结清扫术和同期374例经腹手术的患者临床资料。[结果]经腹腔镜组中转开腹率为1.20%。经腹腔镜组与经腹手术组比较平均手术时间长(293.43±77.53minvs200.33±42.79min,P<0.001),平均术中失血量少(213.01±120.33mlvs311.43±179.23ml,P<0.001),清扫淋巴结的个数无统计学差异。经腹腔镜较经腹手术组术后排气时间、术后住院时间明显短(P<0.05)。[结论]经腹腔镜实施广泛性子宫切除盆腔淋巴结清扫术安全,可以有效减少患者的术后恢复时间。
