摘要
从真空自耗电弧炉熔炼钛合金期间电流突降的故障现象入手,对整流电源的结构、控制原理、保护电路以及触发电路进行了详尽分析,找出了保护电路继电器输入信号不稳定是故障产生的根源,为钛合金熔炼生产中排除类似的故障提供了借鉴。
From the fault phenomenon that the VAR furnace sudden drop of current during smelting, detailed analyzed the structure of the rec- tifier, control principle, protection of circuit and trigger circuit, find out that the instability of input signal of protection circuit relay is the root causes of failure. This article provide a reference to exclude similar failure during titanium melting.
