回收钻杆检测分级生产线控制系统设计

摘要 为满足石油行业对回收钻杆进行质量监测和分级评价的迫切需要,开发了一套回收钻杆自动化检测分级生产线,以替代目前的手工操作。利用基于钻杆旋转的自动化漏磁和超声波复合无损探伤系统、基于激光测量的形位尺寸自动化测量系统以及钻杆自动化分级装备,设计了一种基于局域网、以太网、MPI网络和PROFIBUS-DP现场总线的网络化控制方案,集成检测信号和分级信息,实现了对生产线的自动化集散控制。现场应用证明,该回收钻杆检测分级控制系统运行稳定可靠,极大地提高了工作效率和产品质量,具有较高的应用价值。 In order to meet the urgent need for quality monitoring and classification evaluation of recycled drill pipes, an automatic detection and classification operation line is developed to replace the currently-adopted manual operation. Composed of the MFL/UT combined NDT system as working with the drill pipe rotating, the automatic geometrical dimension laser measurement system and the automatic classification equipment, a net- worked control system is designed based on Local Area Network, Ethernet, MPI and PROFIBUS-DP, which is capable of integrating inspection data and classification information so as to realize the automatic collection/dis- tribution control of the production line. The actual site application result proves that the newly-developed control system that features reliable and consistant running has significantly improved production efficiency and product quality as well.
