摘要
以工业硫酸镍为原料 ,采用水合肼还原工艺成功制取了 0 8~ 2 μm的鳞片状镍粉。研究了温度、浓度、还原剂配比、pH等因子对镍还原率和粒度影响 ,确定了最佳条件 ,对镍粉形貌粒径成份进行了详细检测。
Using the industrial nickel sulphate as the raw material,the process successfully produced the flaky nickel powders,the sizes of which are about 08~2 μm,by using hydrazine hydrate reduction technology,studied the influencing factors such as the temperature,the density,the propotion of reductant,the pH value and so on,defined the best conditions,determined the shape,the size and the composition of the nickel powders in detail.
