摘要
对我国钼企业在当前的形势下 ,如何认识影响并制约企业生存、竞争与发展的企业文化价值 ,并对企业文化的凝聚功能、创造功能和增强企业市场竞争力功能进行了阐述。在此基础上 ,进一步提出了钼企业应如何建造自己的企业文化的建议。
At present,how to understand the value of enterprise civilization which affects and restricts the enterprise existence,competition and development,the function of enterprise civilization such as cohesion,creation and strengthing the market competition of enterprise was expounded.On this basis,the suggestion that how to build up the enterprise civilization was raised.
