介绍了用消失模铸造生产电铲斗齿的工艺方法以及水韧处理的操作要点。实践证明 ,用该法生产的斗齿具有出品率高、铸件容易清理等特点。

The method of producing the teeth of bin in power shovel by vanishing mould casting and the method of operation of water toughening were presented.It shows that the teeth of bin by this method have much characteritics,such as the productivity is high and it's easy to wash.
