测井过程中带电推靠器控制电路方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 文章介绍一种石油测井推靠器控制电路的方法,该方法采用在测井过程中带电推靠器控制实现井下仪器推收功能,由于制造年代不同,除少数采用集成设计之外,其它均为单支仪器设计。单支仪器下井测量曲线,占用井场时间长,效率较低。新研制的"测井平台井下集成仪器"实现了内部调整井一次下井取全所有资料,缩短了测井时间,提高了仪器分辨率,能够为薄差储层的评价提供高效配套的测井技术。测井平台井下集成仪器系列整串仪器最高记录点为14.7m。为了实现无漏测这一指标,我们研制了推靠器控制电路,以满足井下仪器推靠过程和曲线记录可同时完成,有效避免曲线漏测。 This paper introduces a kind of control circuit for petroleum logging sidewall contact device. The method can ac-complish the function of opening and closing downhole tools using charged sidewall contact devicel in logging process.As the manufacture time of tools is different, except for a few integrated design, all were designed for single tool. WhileThe single tool is logging curves, it has to occupy the site for a long time and lead to low efficiency. The newly developedlogging platform downhole integrated tools can obtain all logging information with tools downhole only once, whichshortens the logging time, improves the tools resolution, provides high efficient logging technology support for theevaluation of thin-poor reservoir. The highest logging point of the logging platform downhole integrated tools series is14.7 meters. In order not to omit logging curves, we developed the sidewall contact device control circuit which canmake the downhole tools complete eccentering process and logging work at the same time and can avoid omitting log-ging curves effectively.
