摘要
新近开发的LEAP800测井系统以网络化、模块化和平台化为特点,能够提供常规、阵列、成像以及地层测试等多种测井技术服务。其测井平台以兆级遥传、以太网的仪器总线和基于".Net"的平台化采集软件为框架,实现了计算机与井下仪器的直接互联、仪器动态挂接、远程操控、远程诊断和在线升级等功能,支持多语言、多单位制以及国际标准的数据和图文格式。新研发的阵列感应仪采用噪声抑制、实时温度补偿、自适应井眼校正等技术,确保了测量精度、分辨率和动态范围。新研发的相控阵列声波仪采用相控发射、全波采集、时间-慢度相关等技术,提高了作业效率,具有测量套后地层声波特性的能力。
Newly developed logging system LEAP800 features with networking, modularization and platformization. Thesystem consists of a logging platform and a series of downhole tools. The cornerstones of the logging platform are thehigh-speed telemetry, the Ethernet tool bus and the '. Net' -based acquisition software. The telemetry reaches 1000bpsdata rate. The Ethernet tool bus facilitates the direct connection ofa downhole tool to a computer, resulting in a seriesof unique features, such as dynamic tool string configuration, remote tool control, remote tool diagnosis, and onlinefirmware upgrade. The software supports multi languages, multi unit systems, standard data formats and log plots. Thesystem includes conventional open-hole tools, conventional cased-hole tools, image tools, formation tester, rotarysidewall coring tool and etc. The array induction tool ensures its measurement precision with techniques of noise suppression and real-time temperature compensation. The phased array acoustic tool features with full-wave acquisition,slowness-time-coherence data processing and the capability of measuring formation acoustics behind casing.
