摘要
用 Algor有限单元处理软件对漏斗结晶器的温度场与热应力进行了分析计算 ,得出了它们的分布规律 ,并找到了一种对结晶器寿命有利的约束方式 ,为以薄板坯连铸机为龙头的薄板坯连铸连轧生产线在我国顺利投产打下基础。
The tempratrue field and the thermal stress of the funnel mould by the FEM software named Algor has analysed and studied ,moreover found out their distributive rule,and gotten a restraint way to make the life of the mould longer. The research will build a basis for the start-up of the CSP line in home which have the prime part named thin-slab continuous caster.
