摘要
抽油杆柱是抽油机的关键薄弱环节,在实际复杂工况中可靠性难以保证。文章分析了抽油杆柱的载荷来源及其理论算法,根据实际生产情况提出了加重杆的失稳防治措施,并得到了其计算方法。以某油井为例进行了加重杆的改良设计,建立了抽油杆柱的有限元模型,对改良前后的模型进行了分析,对加重杆设计方法进行了验证。
Sucker rod string is the key weak link of sucker rod pumping. The reliability is difficult to guarantee in the complexactual working conditions. This paper analyzes the sources of loads and gets the theoretical algorithm. The measure byincreasing the rod is proposed based on the actual manufacturing condition. The finite element models of sucker rodstring are established and analyzed. The measure by increasing rod for stability is proved.
