本文首先介绍了金融系统风险的概念及其特征,然后重点分析了当前中国金融系统风险的三大表现:地方政府债务风险、房地产信贷风险和"影子银行"风险,最后针对以上分析提出了防范中国金融系统风险的一些对策和建议。

This article first describes the concept and characteristics of the risks of the financial system.And then focused analysis of current financial system risk in China＇s three major findings： local government debt risk,credit risk and the ＂shadow banking＂ risk.Finally was made against the above analysis against the risk of financial system in China and some countermeasures proposed.
