医药零售业上市公司会计信息与股价相关性研究——基于Feltham-Ohlson模型

中国医药零售领域对医药上市公司仍是一个有吸引力的市场。目前很大部分医药上市公司都介入医药零售连锁业。本文以医药零售业为例,运用Feltham-Ohlson模型,对其股票价格与内在价值进行相关性分析,判断它们之间的背离程度,以期对把握医药零售业的股票价格走向有所帮助,也对研究公司价值与股票价格的有关问题研究有所启示。

China＇s pharmaceutical retail areas is still an attractive market to the pharmaceutical companies.,and most pharmaceutical companies are involved in pharmaceutical retail chains.This paper,correlation analysis on corporation intrinsic value and stock price based on Feltham-Ohlson model,taking medicine retailing as example,to determine the deviation between them,in order to find out the stock price tendency,to provide some new ideas for researching on firm value and stock price.
