城乡统筹进程中的农民市民化问题探析——以重庆市为例

Probing into farmer citizenship problem in urban and town overall process——take Chongqin city as example

农民市民化是统筹城乡发展的关键点。重庆市作为全国统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区,以户籍制度改革为核心,以促进农民工市民化为总突破口,进行了一系列积极的探索和改革。重庆市的探索为全国推进农民市民化进程和实现统筹城乡发展提供了经验。各地在促进农民市民化过程中,在参考重庆实践的基础上,还需要因地制宜地根据本地实际情况制定相应的措施。

Urbanization of farmers is the key point of coordinating Urban-rural Development.As the national urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot,taking the reform of household registration system as the core,regarding promoting the peasant laborer resident＇s as the breakthrough point,Chongqing city undertook a series of active exploration and reform.The exploration of Chongqing city provided experience for the whole country to promote the process of urbanization of farmers and coordinate urban and rural developmen.In the process of promoting urbanization of farmers,on the basis of reference for the practice of Chongqing,other areas also need to make relevant measures to local conditions from the local actual situation.
