摘要
为降低工业硅的生产成本 ,对2 4MVA工业硅电炉进行了技术改造 ,提高了炉心功率密度 ,使入炉功率增加13 % ,产量提高20 % ,单位生产成本降低 ,取得了较好的经济效果。
To reduce production cost of industrial grade silicon,24MVA electric furnace is technicallly transformed ,thus the power density in furnace center is raised,power into the furnace and the output are increased 13%and 20%respectively,unit product cost is deduced.The economic benefit is very well.
