摘要
在生产铝镇静钢的工艺条件下 ,研究了钢包喂CaSi线处理后钢中夹杂物的组成、形态、尺寸和分布等的变化规律。结果表明 ,喂线后钢中钙铝比达到 0 .0 9以上时 ,钢中的Al2 O3 类夹杂物能获得较好的变性 ;夹杂物中的钙铝比随喂线后钢中钙铝比的增大呈线性增加趋势 ;较高的钢中钙铝比有利于连铸坯中大颗粒夹杂物的去除 。
This paper investigated the steelmaking process of Al-killed steel on the industrial scale and minutely researched into the modification tendency of the composition, morphology and dimension of inclusions in steel during CaSi wire feeding in ladle. The results of study show that alumina (Al 2O 3) inclusions in steel can expectably be modified into low melting point calcium aluminate phases with the Ca/Al ratio in liquid steel of no less than 0.09 after wire feeding. Moreover, with the increasing of Ca/Al ratio in liquid steel, the Ca/Al ratio in calcium aluminate inclusions will linearly increases. In addition, the high value of Ca/Al ratio in steel shall be favourable to the removing of the inclusions with big size in slabs and the increasing of the ratio of spheroidal inclusions in steel.
