摘要 以蒸馏水为对照,利用培养皿发芽试验于室内初步研究了CuSO4和H3BO3单独浸种对黄芪种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,50 mg.L-1CuSO4对黄芪幼苗地上及地下部分生长有促进作用,同时提高了叶绿素含量、POD活性和SOD活性;100 mg.L-1H3BO3促进了黄芪幼苗地上部分的生长及叶绿素的合成,浓度达200 mg.L-1时可提高种子的萌发率和发芽势,因此低浓度的CuSO4和H3BO3溶液浸种对黄芪幼苗生长有积极作用。 The effects of CuSO4 and H3BO3 soaking seeds separately on the seed germination and seedling growing of astragalus were studied by using petri dish indoors and the distilled water was taken as control. The results showed that the growth over and under the ground of astragalus seedling was promoted by CuSO4 when the concentration was 50 mg.L-1 and the chlorophyll contents, POD and SOD activity were also increased. The growth over the ground of astragalus was promoted by H3BO3 at 100 mg.L-1 and the chlorophyll synthesis was also enhanced. When the concentration was 200 mgoL-1, germination rate and germination vigor were increased. So, the results indicated that the growth of astragalus seedling was promoted by CuSO4 and H3BO3 solution at low concentration
