摘要 大田条件下,采用喷施、浸种、施用及相互配合(3-SODM)四种不同处理方式研究SODM和SODMU对扬麦15和扬麦16生理的影响。结果表明,喷施SODM和3-SODM处理显著提高了生育后期叶片ASA含量和SOD活性,显著增加了乳熟期和蜡熟期叶片POD和CAT活性;显著降低了抽穗至成熟期小麦叶片的乙烯释放速率,显著增加了结实期小麦叶片细胞分裂素含量。3-SODM处理对小麦叶片中激素及抗氧化性酶的调控作用最为明显。 Effects of SODM and SODMU on physiological function of yangmail5 and yangmai16 by four different treatment methods, including spraying,seed soaking,employing,and combined 3-SODM treatment,were studied in the field. The results indicated that the content of ASA and the activity of SOD of wheat leaves in the late growth stage were obviously increased both by spraying of SODM and combined 3-SODM treatment,the activity of POD and CAT of wheat leaves in the milk stage and dough milk was notably enhanced,released rate of ethylene of wheat leaves from heading stage to mature stage was decreased and the content of cytokinin of wheat leaf in productive phase was increased. Combined 3-SODM treatment was the most effective treatment method to regulate hormone and antioxidant enzymes of wheat leaves.
