摘要
设计专用旋耕机以特定模式进行带状茬间旋耕整地、设计气吹式排肥结构、集成水稻插秧机结构、研制水田免耕插秧侧深施肥机。采用带状茬间旋耕整地方法取代传统翻耕或全旋耕整地方法;采用气吹方式将施肥口处的泥水吹开,在肥料自流排肥同时,依靠气吹动力排肥,实现水稻侧深施肥;集成水田插秧技术进行插秧作业。该机具一次进地作业可完成水田移栽种植过程的整地、侧深施肥、插秧全部作业过程。
The tillage method of design special rotary cultivator is the new farming ones in which the rotary soil preparation with a specific mode of banding between stubbles to replace the traditional tillage or rotary tillage land preparation;Design of paddy field air-blowing type side-deep fertilizer device,at the same time of the fertilizer gravity flow discharge,relying on the blowing force of fertilizer, blowing force blows the mud at the exit of deep fertilization fertilizer-emitted pipe to achieve the purpose of transplanting rice seedlings and side-deep fertilizing in paddy field;Integrating the function of transplanting rice seedlings, the device achieves all assignments of a one-time tillage land preparation, machine planting and side-deep fertilization.
