我国竞技体校发展的SWOT分析

SWOT Analysis on the Development of China's Competitive Sports Schools

对我国体育院校附属竞技体校建校30年来的发展进行SWOT分析,认为其发展优势表现在人才培养理念、人才培养条件、人才培养模式和人才培养质量四个方面;目标定位与培养体系不相符、主管部门认识不一致、文化学习与运动训练不平衡、独立办学意识不强、资金投入不足、竞赛制度不利、运动员规模超编、文化课教师难聘、教练员队伍堪忧等问题则是制约我国竞技体校发展的劣势;新时期竞技体育人才需求空间增大、竞技人才培养要求提高为我国竞技体校的发展提供了潜在的机会;竞争对手多元化、队员参赛受限、政策扶持力度减弱等问题是我国竞技体校发展所面临的威胁。

This paper conducts a SWOT analysis on the development of China＇ s competitive sports schools. It reckons that the development superiority is reflected in the idea, condition, mode and quality of the intellectual cultivation. But there are also some inferiority to its development, such as the mismatch of targeting and training system, inconsistent view of departments in charge, imbalance of learning and training, weak awareness of run- ning a school independently, insufficient capital investment, adverse competition system, athletes overstaffing, recruitment difficulties of teachers, poor quality of coaches. In the new time the increased demand of sports tal- ents and the improvement of cultivation requirements have provided potential opportunities for comapetitive sports schools. But competitors diversification, limitation of participating competitions, weaken of policy support are threats to China＇s competitive sports schools.
