摘要
宝钢 3号烧结机从 1 998年 4月 8日点火投产至 1 999年 7月 ,共生产烧结矿 549 6万t。投产过程包括 :冷负荷试运转、点火炉烘炉、热负荷试运转。 3号机与 1号、2号机相比 ,在工艺技术上作了部分改进 ,采用了一些新技术 ,例如 :成品系统受料皮带设置了两道金属检测器 ,配料皮带用匀矿作垫底料 ,点火炉采用了新型的双斜带式点火炉等。生产实践表明 :投产后的 3号烧结机 ,生产基本顺利正常 ,在产量。
The sinter productivity of Baosteel No.3 sinter has amounted to 5496kt from its ignition (Apr.8,1998) to July 1999,the course of its start up includes coldrun,ignition furnace dryout and hotrun.Compared with No.1 and No.2 sinters,No.3 sinter has achieved some technical improvement by using several novel technologies,such as installation of two metal detectors for the first belt of product system,using blended ore as relayer on the gathering belt and employment of CYY type ignition furnace,etc.The successful operation of No.3 sinter indicates that both the quality and quantity of sinter can fully meet the needs of BF.
