在大学文化引领下高等体育院校教学管理的改革研究——以天津体育学院为例

Research on the Reform of the College Teaching Management under the Leadership of the College Culture——With the Example of Tianjin University of Sport

通过对大学教学管理的文化结构内涵的分析,认为自主教学管理是当今高等体育院校教学管理的机制,用大学文化引领构出高等体育院校教学管理:建立生态教育观,建设既有"统一",又有"分化"相结合的教学体制和教学策略;树立创新教育理念,以创新教育的理念指导专业培养方案的制定及课程的设置;确定学生的主体地位,实施学分制课程设计;牢固把握本科教学的核心地位;建设课堂文化,走以校本教研之路,坚持教学与科研相互促进是强校战略。

Through the analysis on the culture structure and connotation of the college teaching management, the paper reckons that independent teaching management is the current college teaching management mechanism. We can use the college culture to lead the sport college teaching management, including the building ecological e- ducation concept, establishing the teaching system and strategy combining integration and separation; introduce the innovative education concept, and using the innovative education concept to formulate the professional train- ing scheme and curriculum setting; setting up the subject status of the students, implementing the credit-oriented curriculum design; firmly gasping the core status of bachelor teaching; creating class culture, focusing on the in- dependent scientific research and insisting on the college development strategy of reinforcing teaching and scientif- ic research.
