摘要
论述中国加入WTO后 ,钢铁工业的发展对钢标准改革的需求。提出加入WTO后应采用自愿性标准 ,应进一步规范及拓宽经费来源渠道 ,在标准的层次上建议予以调整。认为钢标准体系结构要进一步优化 ,在钢材的内容上要进一步改革。
Discuss the development of steel industry's demand for steel standardization,the adoption and adjustment of voluntary standard,provision and development of the expenditure channel after China joins the WTO.Improve and reform the steel standardization system's structure and contents.
