摘要
研究了 1 ( 4安替比林偶氮 ) 4氨基 2萘甲酸 (AANA)与钯 的显色反应 ,在 pH =4 1HAc -NaAc缓冲介质中 ,CTMAB存在下 ,AANA与钯生成 2 :1红色络合物 ,λmax=530nm ,ε =5 2 6× 1 0 4 。钯 量在 0~30 μg/2 5mL内符合比尔定律 ,方法用于钯催化剂中痕量钯的测定 。
The color reaction of palladium(Ⅱ) with 1(4antipyrinylazo)4amino2naphthalic acid(AANA) was studied. In the presence of HAc-NaAc buffer solution(pH=4 1) and CTMAB, palladium(Ⅱ) could react with AANA to form a 1∶2 red complex. The molar absorptivity was 5.26×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 530nm. Beer's law was obeyed in the range of 0-30 μg Pd(Ⅱ)/25mL . This method could be applied to the determination of palladium in catalyst with satisfactory results.
