摘要
着重研究了磺化棉的制备反应、吸附作用的机理 ,以及磺化棉在潮湿空气和溶液中的反应和稳定性 。
The preparation method and adsorption behavior of xanthated cotton fiber were investigated. The xanthated cotton fiber can be prepared with two steps, at first, it is alkalized, and then xanthated. In the first reaction, the concentration of NaOH was required differently according to reaction solvents, in water, it was higher than 10% (w/v), and in alcohol it was about 2% (w/v). As the xanthated cotton fiber was unstable, it was oxidized to sulphur in the moist air and decomposed to CS 2 in the acidic medium. But its complex compounds with heavy metal ions were stable. The xanthated cotton fiber can be used to adsorb a lot of heavy metal ions, such as: Hg(Ⅱ),Ag?,Pb?,Cd?,Zn?,Cu?,Au?,Sn?,Pt? etc. The xanthated cotton fiber is a useful adsorption agent, and be used to concentrate trace heavy metal ions in analytical chemistry.
