Development and Realization of Contract Management Information in Sales Department

本文简述以往管理手段的不足 ,并提出以计算机信息管理方法为手段的现代化管理方式。在合同票据管理的同时实现与现场生产系统的挂钩 ,用网络通讯的方法实现对远程生产系统数据的查询管理 ,并且提出使用新的 Visual Foxpro为开发工具代替过去的 Foxbase开发工具的程序实现方法。

This article briefly describes the shortcomings of previous management means and puts forward the new and modernized management mode with computer information management methdod as means,to realize the link with on-site production system while implementing contract document management,to realize looking-up management with respect to long-range production system data by means of network communication,and puts forward program-realizing method by using new Visual Foxpro as developing tool instead of previous Foxbase developing tool.
