贵州止泻草药对仔猪腹泻的预防剂量筛选

Screening on Preventive Dose of Guizhou Antidiarrheal Herbs against Piglets Diarrhea

为了筛选贵州止泻草药对仔猪腹泻的预防剂量,选取对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌和魏氏梭菌抑菌效果明显,且经仔猪饲养效果最好的配方1和配方3,对断奶仔猪进行36d的饲养试验。采用模糊数学评价法,对平均净增重、增重率、料肉比、饲料成本、腹泻频率、粪便粘稠频率、精神萎糜频率、治疗注射频率和不采食频率共9项指标进行综合评价。结果表明,配方1(2%)和配方1(1%)能明显提高饲料利用率,节约饲料成本;配方3(1%)、配方1(2%)和配方1(1%)能有效预防仔猪腹泻;配方3(2%)和配方1(1%)能增进食欲,仔猪健康状态最好;除配方1(3%)外,其他配方均优于2个对照组,其中配方1(1%、2%)和配方3(1%)在仔猪饲养中效果明显。配方1(2%)和配方3(2%)可实现仔猪无抗饲养。

In order to screen the preven- tion dose of Guizhou antidiarrheal herbs against piglet diarrhea, herbal formulas one and herbal formulas three which had obvious antibacterial effect on Es- cherichia coli, Salmonella and Clostridi- um welchii and were checked best on piglets were fed weaned piglets for 36 d. The average net increase of weight, weight gain rate, feed conversion, feed cost, diarrhea frequency, stool sticky fre- quency, spirit wilt frequency, injection frequency and no feeding frequency were evaluated by Fuzzy scoring method. Re- sults showed that formula one （2%） and formula one （1%） could significantly im- prove the feed efficiency and could save the feed cost. Formula three （1%）, for- mula one （2%） and formula one （1%） could prevent diarrhea obviously. For- mula three （2%） formula one （1%） could promote appetite and health status. The other formulae were all better than two control groups except formula one （3%）, among them formula one （1%）, formula one （2%） and formula three （1%） were obvious in the piglet feeding. Formula one （2%） and formula three （2%） could achieve piglet rearing without antibiotics.
