超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定饲料中四环素类药物残留

Determination of Tetracyclines Residue in Feed by UPLC-MS/MS

[目的]探索建立饲料中四环素类药物残留的高效测定方法。[方法]利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法,测定饲料中的四环素、金霉素、土霉素和强力霉素残留。[结果]各四环素类药物的质量浓度在5～200μg/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;该方法的相对标准偏差(RSD)为3.2%～6.8%,检测回收率为76.8%～105.8%。[结论]该方法前处理简单,方便、快捷、准确,可迅速测定饲料中的四环素类药物残留。

[Objective] The aim was to establish a high efficient determination method to determine the tetracyclines residue in feed. [Method] The tetracy- cline, chlortetracycline, oxytetracycline and doxycycline residue was determined by UPLC-MS/MS. [Result] The results showed that there was a good linear rela- tionship between the peak area and the concentration of tetracyclines within the range of 5-200 tJ g/L. The relative stan- dard deviations of this method were 3.2%-6.8%, the recoveries were 76.8% - 105.8%. [Conclusion] The method could determine the tetracyclines residue in feed with the characteristics of simple, fast and accurate.
