摘要
随着生物技术的不断发展,微生物生防制剂得到了广泛的研究和应用。木霉菌作为其中一种重要的植物病害防治菌,广泛分布于自然界,具有良好的适应性,能够杀伤多种重要的植物病原菌,作用机制多种多样。为了给木霉菌的深入研究和应用提供理论依据,对木霉菌的竞争作用、寄生作用、产生抗生素类物质、诱导抗性及协同作用等拮抗作用机制进行了总结,并展望了其应用前景。
With the continuous development of biotechnology, the microbial biological control agents had been extensively studied and applied. As one of the important plant disease control fungus, Trichoderma was ubiquitous in natural environment. With good adaptability and diversified mechanisms, it could kill many important pathogenic bacterias. In order to provide a theoretical basis to the in-depth research and application of Trichoderma, the antagonistic mechanisms such as competitive effect, parasitic effect, resulting in antibiotic substances, induced resistance and synergy were summarized, and its application prospects were prospected.
