禽流感疫苗研究进展

摘要 综述了目前世界上的主要禽流感疫苗,全病毒灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、基因工程亚单位疫苗、DNA疫苗、RNA复制子疫苗、重组病毒活载体疫苗、反向遗传苗、具有交叉保护性的通用流感疫苗、细胞苗和转基因植物疫苗的研究进展,为研制出工艺简单、成本低廉、保护力强的禽流感疫苗提供了参考。 Research progress of main avian influenza vaccine in the world today, including inactivated virus vaccine, live attenuated vaccine, genetic engineering subunit vaccine, DNA vaccine, RNA replicon-based vaccine, recombinant virus living-cartier vaccine, reverse genetics vaccine, cross protective vaccine, cell vaccine and transgenic plant vaccine was reviewed. The study provides reference for the preparation of avian influenza vaccine with the advantages of simple procedure, low cost and strong protective efficacy.
