平塘县烟草气象防灾减灾体系建设初探

Study on the Construction of Meteorological Disaster Prevention and Reduction of Pingtang Tobacco

通过分析研究平塘县烟草种植区主要气象灾害以及防灾减灾的现状,探讨减少或避免灾害性天气对烟草生产的影响,建立烟草气象防灾减灾体系,以确保特色生态优质烟叶的生产发展,使烟叶品质进一步提高。

Analysed types of meteorological disaster and the current situation of meteorological disaster prevention and reduction system of Pingtang tobacco, the article did a benificial exploration on some aspects such as reducing and avoiding the impact of disasterous weather on tobacco production, and ensure the specialty, ecological and high quality development of tobacco leaf production, and made further improvement on the tobacco quality.
