莱钢锻压厂在生产经营中以资本运营为中心 ,加强资金管理 ,将有限的资金采用分期投入的方法 ,先后进行了15 0mm× 15 0mm连铸坯一火成材改造 ,轧钢半连续化工艺改造、负偏差轧制工艺改造 ,并开发新产品 ,提高了资本性投入的资金的使用质量 ;为提高收益性投入的资金使用质量 ,莱钢锻压厂以提高轧机作业率 ,钢材成材率、定尺率为突破口 。

In the process of production management Laiwu iron and steel group Co ,Ltd is taking capital operation as a center,through strengthening capital management and taking on the method with putting into limited capital by stages the reformation of roll in one heat process of 150mm×150mm continuous casting billet,the reformation of half continuous process of rolling and the reformation of negative tolerance rolling process were performed early and late At the same time the new products were developed,the capital utilization quality of capitalness investment was increased For increasing capital utilization quality of beneficialness investment the forging plant takes incrcasing mill operation ratio,finished product ratio,and sized ratio of product as breach,so that the production cost lowers greatly
