摘要
在传输现象和能量守恒的基础之上 ,推导出了循环流量和RH操作因素的关系式 在与宝钢的现场值对比之后 ,建立了一个考虑到RH炉龄变化因素的循环流量计算公式 。
On the basis of transferring phenomena and energy equilibrium,a relationship between circulation flow rate and the operating factors is induced.After comparing the calculating result and the practical data of Baosteel,a new circulation flow rate equation is established and some necessary theoretical information for RH vacuum treatment process is provided.
