摘要
本文通过引进具有八十年代国际先进水平的 DISA—FORMA3030造型线配套的70m^3/h 自动化砂处理系统,采用 OBM 工业控制机控制型砂制备过程的实践,着重介绍各控制环节采用循环控制方式的编程方法,以及模拟调试、现场调试步骤。
According to the practice of moulding sand preparation process controlled by OBM industrial controlling unit in a 70m^3/h automatic sand preparation system incorporated in DISA-FORMA 3030 moulding line,an imported system amongst the advanced level of the 80's in the world,the paper makes the introduction stressing on the programming method using circulating control pattern at various control,links,and steps for analogue debugging and field debugging.
