安徽新农村建设中新型农民培养问题研究——以阜阳、滁州和马鞍山为例

Research on the Cultivation of New Farmers in the Construction of New Countryside in Anhui Province——Taking Fuyang,Chuzhou,Ma'anshan as the Examples

新型农民培养是中国社会主义新农村建设的重要内容。本文以安徽省阜阳、滁州和马鞍山为例,从培训需求、培训内容、培训组织和培训效果四个角度构建培养模式比较的指标体系,采用主成分分析模型,对新型农民培养问题进行实证比较研究。实证研究结果表明,农民的职业结构和受教育程度是影响新型农民培养效益的重要因素,新型农民培养效益与农民家庭年收入存在正相关关系。

Training new type farmers is the top priority in the construction of Chinas new socialist countryside. Taking the cities Fuyang, Chuzhou, Ma＇anshan as the examples, this paper analyzes the index system of evaluating and comparing new type farmers＂ training effectiveness from training needs, training con- tent, training administration and training effect using the principal component analysis model, then it makes empirical comparative research on the new type farmers＂ training. The results show that the occupational structure and educational level have great influence on the training effectiveness, and the farmers＂ family income has a positive correlation with their training effectiveness.
