摘要
转炉冶炼不正常时 ,需加硅铁调整碳温关系 ,由于硅铁合金价格贵 ,造成成本增加 ,研究一种新材料——碳化硅球作为提温剂。试验证明 ,采用该种碳化硅球 ,可以缓解钢液降碳速度 ,延长吹炼时间 。
The relationship of carbon and temperature may be coordinated with Si-Fe alloy when the melting is innormal in concerter.Becaus the Si Fe alloy is expensive,the cost of production is increased.As a result,a spheridal silicon carbide is developed as a kind of new temperature rise agent.It has been shown that the rate of decarbon is decresed in liquid steel and the melting time is extended,but also the grade of steel is ensured and the cost is reduced.
