摘要 采用正交试验的方法确定了GT35钢结硬质合金放电等离子烧结(SPS)的最佳工艺,并对试样的组织和性能进行了测试分析,得出不同工艺参数对GT35钢结硬质合金性能的影响,并制备了GT35钢结硬质合金。结果表明,SPS制备GT35钢结硬质合金的最佳工艺为:960℃×5min×70MPa,该工艺条件下得到的GT35钢结硬质合金晶粒细小、组织分布均匀,致密度可达99.53%,硬度达到73.5HRC。与传统的烧结方法相比,SPS显著降低了GT35钢结硬质合金的烧结温度,缩短了烧结时间,烧结后材料的硬度也提高了1~2HRC。 An orthogonal design experiment was utilized for the optimization of sintering parameters and GT35 steel-bonded carbide by the spark plasma sintering(SPS) technique was prepared.The microstructure and the performance of the sintered samples were analyzed.The effects of different sintering process on mechanical properties of GT35 steel-bonded carbide were obtained.The experimental results show that a good quality of GT35 steel-bonded carbide can be achieved under the optimum processing conditions:sintering temperature of 960℃,holding time of 5 minutes and pressure of 70MPa.The sintered sample with small grain and homogeneous microstructure has relative density of 99.53% and hardness of 73.5HRC.Compared with the traditional sintering method,SPS depresses the sintering temperature and shortens the sintering time effectively,the hardness of the sintered samples is improved by 1~2HRC.
