摘要
本试验主要是在罗源的中房、霍口、飞竹等油茶产区选取高产的油茶优株,并采集了各棵优株的油茶籽样品,测出各个参试样品的含油率、鲜出籽率、干出籽率、种仁率、含水率等五个油茶指标进行了方差分析,结合罗源各地的自然地理条件比较其油茶优株含油率的高低,并分析各地油茶优株鲜出籽率、干出籽率、种仁率、含水率四个因素与含油率的相关性。通过数据的综合分析得出结论:1.地处霍口的油茶优株含油率指标总体水平优于罗源其他2个地方的油茶优株。2.各地的油茶优株含油率与鲜出籽率呈微正相关,与干出籽率呈实正相关且呈非常显著相关,与种仁率呈微正相关且呈显著关系,与种仁含水率呈微负相关,在鲜出籽率、干出籽率、种仁率、含水率4个指标中,油茶含油率与其干出籽率的相关性最强。3.油茶优株的鲜出籽率、干出籽率、种仁率彼此呈显著正相关,并都与种仁含水率呈微负相关。
This test is mainly selected high-yield priority strains of Camellia oleifera in the Zhongfang, Huokou, Feizhu around Luoyuan. oil content, fresh out of seed rate, dry the seed rate, seed kernel, moisture content were all tested and have done analysis of variance, combining natural and geographical conditions compare oil content superior strains of Camellia oleiferaand analysis four factors associated with the oil content, the results showed that : 1. oil content overall level of Huokou more than that of other two places of Luoyuan. 2. oil content and rate of fresh seed was slightly positive correlated, with dry the seed rate showed a positive correlation and very significant correlation with the seed kernel rate,was significantly and negatively correlation with moisture content, oil content rate and dry the seed rate most relevant. 3. superior line of fresh tea seeds, dry out the seed rate, seed kernels rate was significantly positively correlated, and was slightly negatively correlated with seed kernel moisture content.
