青海浅山干旱区小流域综合治理模式研究——以大通县寺沟流域为例

Study on the Model of Comprehensive Management of Small Watersheds in Arid Middle Hills in Qinghai Province——Take Sigou River Basin in Datong County as an Example

大通县寺沟流域以小流域为单元,山、水、林、田、路综合治理,走出了一条生态与经济双赢的路子。本文研究了寺沟流域综合治理模式的内容及其效益,提出青海省浅山干旱区小流域综合治理必须坚持科学发展观,抓住"水"关键,在综合治理的同时,进行综合开发,发展生态农业,改善生态环境,实现脱贫致富。

Sigou river basin in Datong county find the way of ＂two-win＂ of the ecological environmental protection and economic development, which is make the management of small watershed as a basic unit,integrated management of hill, water, forest, cropland and road. This article research the content of comprehensive management model in Sigou river basin and its benefit, proposed the comprehensive management of small watersheds in arid middle hills in Qinghai province must adhere the scientific outlook on development and get the point of the ＂water＂. In addition to comprehensive management, comprehensive development is very impor- tant, adhere to development of ecological agriculture and improve the ecological environment, this the only way to shake off poverty and set out on a road to prosperity.
